Common reasons a release is returned
- Several artist names combined in one tag, or spelled differently from the store profile.
- Stage names used for composers or lyricists instead of legal names.
- Cover art that is too small, not square, blurry, or shows web addresses, store logos or social media handles.
- Titles in all capitals, or with extra words such as “Official Audio” or “feat.”.
- A release date too close to deliver on time.
- Audio that is low quality, cut off, or doesn’t match the track title.
- For catalogue transfers: a missing or wrong UPC or ISRC.
