Paying for services
Some services are paid. You always see what you are paying for before you confirm.
- M-PESA: you get a prompt on your phone; enter your M-PESA PIN to confirm.
- PayPal: pay with your PayPal account or a card in a secure PayPal window.
- Switch between Kenyan shillings (KES) and US dollars (USD) with the buttons where they appear.
- Some plans include certain services; these show as included instead of a price.
Payment problems. If money left your account but the service didn’t start, don’t pay again. Contact support with the date, the amount and your M-PESA or PayPal reference.
