Withdrawing your balance

1. Click Withdraw at the top of the dashboard.
2. Check your available balance. If it hasn’t reached the minimum yet, a progress bar shows how close you are.
3. Choose how you want to be paid, for example M-PESA or PayPal, and confirm your details.
4. Submit. Our finance team checks every request; follow it under Analytics → Payments.

When you can withdraw

The withdrawal page shows the current rules: the minimum amount, which days requests are accepted and how long to wait between requests. You can have one request in progress at a time.
