Signing in and keeping your account safe

Signing in

• Sign in with the email address and password you registered with, or with a social account where that option is shown on the sign-in page.
• Forgot your password? Use Lost your password? on the sign-in page and follow the email we send you.
• New accounts and record labels are verified by our team before full access is given. You’ll see a message on screen while verification is in progress.

Checking your sign-in activity

Open Security from the menu to see recent sign-ins to your account: when, from which device and roughly where. If you see a sign-in you don’t recognise, change your password straight away and contact support.
